    1 cup whipped cream 4 Tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla  1/2 tsp salt Instructions Add chilled whipping cream to bowl and whip until soft peaks form. Add maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Whip until firm peaks form. Serve on gingerbread cake or any other dessert! Goes great on coffee or Gingerbread Cake!
